We are now looking for a superstar Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager to join our amazing team in Borough, London. You will be responsible for defining and managing our internal recruitment activities to bolster our global expansion.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the long-term goals of the company through technical and non-technical talent acquisition
• Participate in all activities within the recruitment life cycle from planning to onboarding
• Develop, refine, and improve current recruitment processes and procedures
• Coordinate interviews for our hiring managers
• Develop positive relationships with our candidate network to build a future pool of potential recruits
• Build and maintain a large network of professional relationships across relevant industry domains
• Take a lead and drive the Apotecher community

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in the Pharma, Biotech or Medtech/ Device industries, ideally recruiting for technical projects (ideally in the Quality, Regulatory or Engineering areas)
• Experience using an ATS/ CRM to manage the recruitment process, ideally Tracker RMS
• Ability to identify and build external candidate pools
• Ideally multi lingual
• Experience utilising a range of channels and processes to identify and attract talent, LinkedIn, Website
• Demonstrable ability to use a flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• You are autonomous, can manage your own priorities but also you are a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
