Associate Business Manager
Apotech is a Life Science Management Consultancy, delivering outsourced services in Quality and Regulatory Affairs. We are still a start-up, but with big ambitions! We are now looking for an Associate Business Manager to join our amazing team in Borough, London. You will be responsible for developing further Apotech’s services globally.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilise our CRM, cold calls, LinkedIn & emails to generate new sales opportunities
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our services meet customer needs
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Business Managers in next steps
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate services
- Arrange meetings between prospect customers and Business Managers
- Take part in client scoping meetings with Business Managers
- Learn how to draft fully scoped and costed proposals, FRPs etc..
- Learn the art of skillful Project Management
- Aim to be promoted to Business Manager between 6 to 9 months. Responsibilities will shift to a role with project delivery, and responsibility of managing a team of technical consultants.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You identify yourself as confident and a fast thinker.
- Approaching new people and handling unexpected questions is no hurdle for you.
- Can take initiative to identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
- You are an active listener. It’s all about asking the right questions, listening to the answers and adapting your approach based on what the prospect says
- You are good at finding ways to motivate yourself and others and able to handle objections and rejections
- You look forward to a start-up mentality as a resourceful self-starter with a clear bias for action and results.
