Have spent the last 10 years working in the talent acquisition and consulting sector across the education, legal, technology & data verticals. The past 4 and a half years I have dedicated my time to commercial and operational roles across the early career’s technology recruitment space. I was co-founder of Niya.ai, an organisation supporting charity beneficiaries and other underserved community groups to access jobs in the tech industry. I bring a full suite of experience from sales, business development, marketing and growth, as well as deep practical operational knowledge within a start-up environment.
