Finance Operations Manager

What you will be doing: Operational finance • Raise monthly invoices in coordination with the sales team • Monitor the successful completion of payments • Structure tools and flows in order to automate / simplify repetitive operational tasks as much as possible • Ensure the management of monthly exchanges with the accountant • Manage multicurrency accounts Management control and reporting • Prepare monthly reports by sales channel (P&L, performance, data provided by our CRM) • Support other teams in carrying out ad hoc analyses with a performance or financial dimension (profitability of marketing activations, analysis of margins, etc.) • Contribute to the automation of Apotech reporting (performance, finance, etc.) • Financial planning • Manage the annual budget process in coordination with all teams • Ensure the good performance and consistency of quarterly reforecasts (P&L + cash flows) • Prepare budget and forecast presentations for the Board • Participate in major strategic discussions with top management (construction of business cases as part of the launch of new products, new channels, new countries, etc.) • Have ownership of the 5-year business plan and control its update What you’ll get from us: • 4-day working week to be implemented from February, hoping this improves overall performance and job satisfaction as well as overall happiness • Yearly companywide holiday & also workshops with the opportunity to work from the Paris office • A flexible working environment in which we work hybrid from the trendy London Borough office (less than a 10-minute walk from London Bridge) and remote-based in which we will support with setting you up your home office • A fast-growing start-up in the early stages of growth that gives you endless opportunities to grow rapidly with the business • Endless opportunity for career development, no red tape or barriers for people who work hard to get where they want to be • The people!
