We are now looking for a Business Manager to join our amazing team in Borough, London. You will be responsible for developing further Apotech’s services across the UK and EU.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Secure new business from both our existing client base and through prospecting new clients
  • Develop relationships and introduce clients to the full range of services provided by Apotech
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Create technical and financial proposals in line with Apotech’s strategy
  • Manage the delivery of your projects with the support of the Apotech Technical Consultants
  • You will work closely with the MD & CEO and support the delivery of the sales budget and execute the company’s business and growth strategy
  • Participate to the recruitment policy through the establishment of your own Select and recruit the talents who will join your team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1- 4 years of experience in the Recruitment or Consulting industry within Pharma, Biotech or Medtech/ Device industries, in Business Development (ideally in the Quality, Regulator, Clinical or Validation area)
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and the hunger to work in a fast-paced startup
  • The desire to grow and develop within Apotech, with the desire to lead your own team
  • Demonstrable B2B sales experience
  • You have consistently shown to hit targets
  • You are autonomous, can manage your own priorities but also you are a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
